At the end of the day, you have a completed to-do list, that is worth recognizing. Take some time to recognize the accomplishments you’ve made along the way because each one is vital to driving you toward your goal.

Allowing yourself some time to enjoy these successes will keep your morale high and recharge your drive to continue taking action. Setting and reflecting on realistic milestones is what will help build up your resilience and stay motivated.
